I walked into the store for a pair of Sonos speakers and the salesman who helped me was very non-pushy great spirited made me feel like I was buying it for him ha ha Jaden was amazing all my future business goes right there!!!!

One star. My $1k+ TV showed Delivered—what arrived was an envelope with a sheet listing a different freight tracker. Days of silence, no appointment, and copy-paste replies. Felt like a tracking shell game. I cancelled and escalated through Amazon. Buyers beware.

Scam artists. If you’re buying a TV, beware: tracking didn’t reflect the real shipment, only an envelope. Freight carrier never called, and the seller sent the same template replies. Unacceptable for high-value items.

Eyal T. Was an absolute rockstar. He was knowledgable about every product I had questions about, very patient with me as I asked questions and compared each product and extremely kind and professional. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchases, and don’t believe I could have made the right choices without Eyal’s assistance. Definitely ask for him when you go to this location if you want to be taken care of by someone knowledgable who provides excellent customer service. A note to say, he also knew when specific brands would go on sale so he saved me a lot of money in that way on products I didn’t need to purchase immediately. 10/10!!!

I've bought sonos speakers and a television from Video Audio Center a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with those purchases. I explained exactly what I needed to an employee at the store and he couldn't have picked a better fit for what I needed. This store has a boutique feel as your immediately greeted when entering the store. At Costco I have to search for 10 minutes - and grab a few samples along the way ;) - just to get some assistance from a Costco tech department employee.
