Ace Hardware is top knotch. Small but mighty. Way better stocked than Lowes or Home Depot who have very few workers as those two companies seem to only care about their bottom line. Ace however has great people to help you. It is by far the superior place to go where you can get help. They believe in real customer service and you can not even believe how much different it is because of that. This is a bastion of what a company should look like. Thank you so much Ace for helping me on the projects you have helped me on. Great people also.

Very grateful to Steve. I came in with a partial sanded cabinet door looking for a similar stain to match the color. Steve took the time to help me find the right stain, testing different products and was very knowledgeable. Needless to say my work came out great thanks to him for helping me find the right stain for the job. I very much appreciate his help.

Back in the fifties my Dad owned an Ace Hardware store on Chicago’s South Side. I was turning twelve when I started working with him. My father's belief: When a customer has a problem it's our job to carefully listen and help them find a solution. There's a neighborhood California hardware store that reminds me of Dad's shop. It's the wonderful, FRANKLIN'S ACE HARDWARE. The shop has been family owned since 1952. The depth of its well displayed merchandise is amazing. If you're looking for something to maintain a well used appliance, broken lock, brown lawn, or to enjoy the benefits of latest upgrade, it's probably here. The staff has accumulated years of experience. They carefully listen to the problem. Their knowledge and skill helps find a solution. The store has two levels. The upper level is entered from the rear parking lot. On this level you'll find plants and garden supplies.

Workers here are very helpful and nice. It is good to have a small and practice neighborhood supplier to give some competition for the home depots, etc. Don't expect to find such a big variety of products but they definitely have the essential ones. 4 starts and not 5 is because I called twice before going there, and they put him on hold forever with no answer

Falsely advertised! If you purchase here be asvised..They do not accept ACE products returns which are sold from another ACE hardware store. If that is what this store chooses to follow & are not following the same policies as ACE established, they should not carry the miss leading title attached.
