Alex Garcia our salesman was very helpful. He made choosing our washer and dryer a seamless process. We told him what we were looking for and with his help we found it. He was knowledgeable about all the products. We felt confident that we made the right choice and just in case we didn’t he told us about their 60 day return policy. Can’t wait to get our products and start using them. 😉

My husband & I walked into the store & instantly noticed how impeccably vast the inventory was. We met with Customer Support person named Darren who showed us different variations/models available. We found the cooktop we needed. We noticed how Knowledgeable, Accommodating, Quick w/Answers, Patient & very Customer Service Oriented. Many Sales Representatives were extremely helpful & friendly as well. It was a pleasure working with the team there at Pacific Sales. I rate my experience with +++A & 5+ stars. Recommend this store highly. Thank you all for a great experience.

I worked with Marco and Dani for supplies for a bathroom renovation and they were extremely helpful! It is so nice to work with real people in a real store! They were so knowledgeable and amazingly responsive when I had additional questions via email and on the phone. I will certainly continue to work with them!
