We had a large print job, over $1000. The store prepared the job without sending us a preview. Because we unknowingly sent a word document, the fonts and formatting were terribly wrong when printed. When we spoke to the manager, he put the blame totally on us, even though we had told the person who handed us the print job that it was wrong. It's a long story... but the bottom line is Staples took no responsibly and were very rude to us. We only complained after getting a survey from Staples asking if we had been sent a preview.

I have always appreciated having this Staples location close to home, but lately, the Amazon return process has become very difficult. Since the Amazon store in Woodland Hills closed, it seems like many customers from the area have been redirected to this Staples for Amazon returns. As a result, every time I come in to return an Amazon item, there is a very long line, and there is only one employee handling the returns. As they only have one scanner for Amazon returns. I actually feel bad for the employee handling the returns because they have to deal with the pressure of a constant line and, unfortunately, probably some frustrated customers. I don’t think the problem is with the employee—the store simply seems overwhelmed by the increased volume of Amazon returns. I hope Staples and Amazon can find a better solution by providing additional scanners and, if possible, more staff to hand

Fantastic place for all your office supply needs! The staff is always friendly and ready to help, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I love the variety of products they offer, from tech gadgets to paper supplies!

3:20, 2/23/26 Seriously? This is my second time here. First, I came to fax some documents and staff like they don't know how the machine works, and now I'm here to pick up an Ipostal mail. Your staff isn't helpful at all; they're actually quite annoying. It's like they haven't had any customer service training or they just don't enjoy their jobs. She found my mail right away when she opened the box, but then she intentionally looked for something else, wasting my time. I think she was mad 'cause I was at the counter for a while, and she was trying to ignore me until I called her.

I went in today to laminate some sheets and was told the service was available. When I received them, the lamination was extremely corrugated instead of smooth and clearly poor quality. When I pointed this out, the lady acted like it was normal, I said I didn’t like, it didn’t look good! and she offered to redo it even though she had a bad attitude, but I said no. I went to the cashier to pay for other stuffs, he was very kind and apologized, explaining that the laminating machine is actually broken and should be fixed in a few days. That made the situation frustrating, as this should have been communicated upfront instead of wasting my time and attempting to sell a service that wasn’t working properly. Honesty would have made all the difference
