this is my third time going to them and each time they continue to impress me with their customer service. The owner has no interest in trying to upsell you additional services you don’t need. I brought my laptop in with what I thought was going to require some hardware replacement, they looked at it within five minutes, found an alternative that didn’t require any hardware changes. They earned my trust over and over again and will continue to go to them or anything related to IT services or computers.

Wow! Mike and his team are just the best! They took care of my battery replacement again with not fuss and an efficient next business day service. They continue to be generous in their care of their customers. Do not hesitate to get your repair and maintenance done here. They will take care of you. And always goes above and beyond! More in detail, My battery started to malfunction after a year of use. Usually the battery only has a 6mo warranty. But they worked with me to get my battery replaced
