Disappointed with the customer service at this location. I purchased two packages of Simple Truth Organic Air Chilled Chicken Breasts (over $30 total) with a “Use or Freeze By” date of 08/17/26. When I brought them back for an exchange, the shift leader (Lorenzo) refused, claiming the store doesn’t exchange “expired” chicken — despite the date stamped clearly on the package. It’s only been a day after and shift leader was rude and unhelpful. If a product carries a use/freeze-by date, staff should be trained to read and honor it correctly rather than turning away a legitimate return. I’d appreciate a call back from store management to resolve this, and I’ll be watching to see whether this is addressed before deciding if I continue shopping here.

My first visit to an american grocery store. The cashier and bag girl gave great service. The store was great aswell. Loved the berries I got from there.

Always a well stocked store. I always look for Vinay, Jason , Johnathan , Zack and Franklin they are always happy to see me and that means a lot, they are always dressed nice and clean . They know the store and are ready to help. I shop now with a family member who had several strokes so it does take time but We never feel rushed . Many Thanks thank you Lorenzo you have a great team .

Today was probably the worst customer service I have received from any establishment, ever. I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday online. 48 total, 24 vanilla and 24 chocolate. I paid in advance. I received a text today they are ready. I get there and get told I get what’s in the store. So cupcakes that might be fresh, might not be. Cashier insists there’s no way I could have paid. After that confusion and expenditure of time I attempt to exit the store and some employee named Vinas raises his voice at me that I’m exiting through an entrance. Okay, sorry. After getting completely disoriented by your confused employees and being made late for my daughter’s birthday at her school I need to also get talked to like that by Vinas. Please focus on training your staff how online ordering works, that customers are able to pay ahead, that they probably deserve fresh items and that people

We came here for breakfast with a friend and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, with a nice variety on the menu. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and perfect for breakfast or brunch. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great spot for breakfast, a casual brunch, or a relaxed get-together. I would definitely come back again.
