Good location woth lots of goodies coming and going. Sometimes you get really lucky. So good to stop buy once a month. I got a heck of a deal on a medium size suitcase for check in size. Britbag brand and got it on extra clearance sale for only $60. Which is a steal of a deal. Friendly service. Clean & organized for a clearance store.

I went to pick up an online order which should have taken me about 2-5 min. The saleswoman, Christina made me go to a long line to wait for only a pick up. I think this is not fair to wait in line with others who are going to purchase. I have already paid and this store always have a long line….not a great customer service. .

If you’ve got plenty of spare time and enjoy shopping, this is the place to go. It’s packed to the brim and a bit chaotic, but if you’re willing to dig around, you might just uncover the perfect piece. Just be prepared, you’ll need lots of time.

I would like to highly compliment to employees. I was served by an assisted by Joshua sometime around 8 PM on Saturday. I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. Malcolm finished up everything we called your customer service and these two men were just both so attentive and I appreciate it so please commemorate and thank them for excellent five star Service this evening. thank you Crystal Pourfarid This is Easter weekend 2026 ps. these two gentlemen were on the front end by the registers

There is a good selection of fine clothes but overhead music is TOO LOUD!!! Family and friends have also brought this up and so I mentioned it to the employees and the manger on multiple occasions. They agree that it is TOO LOUD but they say only corporate can lower it. The LOUD MUSIC makes it unpleasant to shop here. It seems to me that Nordstrom is uninterested in maintaining a comfortable shopping environment for its customers. It is also preposterous that I cannot submit feedback privately to Nordstrom without signing up on the website. There should be a contact email for customers to submit feedback to the store without jumping through hoops. Anyway, I try not to go there anymore since they don't seem to listen or care. . .I don't know what else to do to get through to them. . .
