Costco is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. You just can’t beat the quality and the overall value you get here. I especially want to shout out their fresh flower section. The quality is honestly insane! I buy bouquets here all the time, and they are always so fresh and beautiful. My current flowers have been sitting at home for two weeks already and they still look amazing — that really says a lot about how fresh they are. Plus, they have the absolute best prices on flowers. It’s hard to find such gorgeous, big bouquets for such a good deal anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I would like to give a special thank you to Michael and Jamie at Costco for their kindness and outstanding customer service today. While I was standing in line at the returns counter, I suddenly wasn't feeling well and needed some water. I asked Michael for help, and he immediately took action. Within moments, Jamie came over with not one but two cups of water and made sure I was okay. Their quick response, compassion, and genuine concern meant a lot to me. In a moment when I wasn't feeling my best, they showed kindness and professionalism that I truly appreciated. Employees like Michael and Jamie are a wonderful reflection of Costco's commitment to customer care. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Your kindness did not go unnoticed and made a real difference in my day.

I have been a loyal Costco member for 8 years, and my husband and I shop at Costco Woodland Hills almost every week. We have the same last name, we always shop together, and we pay using a credit card from our joint bank account. The card is in my husband’s name and is also the same card Costco has on file for our automatic annual membership renewal. For the past eight years, we have never had a single issue using this card until today. The manager, Tony, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He told us that because I am the membership cardholder, we are no longer allowed to use my husband’s credit card. He said he would allow the transaction “just this one time,” but warned that he would prevent us from using my husband’s card for future purchases. What made the experience even worse was his comment that the employees over the last 8 years “weren’t doing their job properly” becaus

I came by here to check it out, the place was clean and well run. The lines seems shorter, could just be the time I visited (Tuesday 14:00) floor layout seems the same as other Costco locations

Whenever I go to this Costco the employees are rude to me, and they treat me like trash. I smile and say hi at the checkout, but they don’t even act like I’m there except when they inspect my cart carefully as if I were a thief. They count my items in my cart and tell one another at checkout how many items I have in my cart, like I’m going to steal something, and put it in my cart when they’re not looking. Maybe they don’t like my race, or accent, because I’ve always been respectful to them. I don’t know what I did to warrant such repulsive manner from them, but I don’t feel comfortable going here anymore.
