Always a well maintained store. Great deals on thing you live sometimes. Sometimes not. Complete hit or a miss. Worth coming by. I got a great deal on a true religion mens body croosbody bag heavily discounted. Nice to see in person vs buying online. Service is friendly here.

This entire center has annoying people harassing people and trying to solicit business, religion, donations etc. Every time I go here there are taking up space around Bloomingdales, Nordstroms Rack and the entire sidewalk and get into your face and personal space. This makes it uncomfortable to shop and nothing is done about them, you are only driving people away from your establishment if that is not resolved. I don't like getting harassed when I'm trying to enter a store because they block that area, there's only one exit and entrance.

Staff is always dismissive, but this time I was followed by two men while shopping in this store. Feeling unsafe, I confronted one of the man following me then asked one of two on-site security guards if someone could escort me safely to my vehicle. The guard declined my request and redirected me to a middle eastern woman by the door who also preceded to decline and offered no alternative support, despite my clear concern for my personal safety. I don’t care about good deals if my safety is jeopardized!

I wasn't sure I wanted to go inside, but gave it a shot. First, I was greeted at the door by the security guard which was pleasant, helpful, and had a beautiful smile. She made me feel very welcome and if I were the manager.. I would offer her a job where she can really flourish and where she can make sales for the company. She was informative and helpful, really seemed knowledgeable.. I looked for a T-shirt for me and a pair of sunglasses for my girlfriend.. although I couldn't find a shirt I liked , I did find sunglasses that were perfect and very affordable.. I was helped by two people while looking for sunglasses and one of them escorted me to a register and checked me out and I didn't have to wait in line. I really enjoyed shopping at the store and would recommend it to everyone.. thank you bloomingdales!
