I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years for special occasions and family gatherings. Unfortunately, yesterday was the last time we'll ever return. We had reservations for a party of 9 and were seated at the teppan table for over an hour before our chef finally arrived. The chef was absolutely terrible. He forgot to cook one person's entire meal, kept forgetting who ordered what, and when my son reminded him about his order, he got defensive and said, "I know, I have a note." Then, just seconds later, he asked, "Who ordered the chicken?" It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing. After forgetting to prepare one of the meals, they still wanted to charge us 50% for it. That's unacceptable. The portions were noticeably smaller than they've ever been. We visited this location on Sunday (3/22) for a family dinner. Overall, the food was good and the hibachi chef was entertaining, so it started off as a nice experience—but two serious issues completely changed that. First, my 2-year-old was served expired orange juice that was spoiled (fuzzy). Thankfully, we tried it before giving it to him. That alone is extremely concerning. Second, we were overcharged. Our order was: • 2 hibachi combination plates ($48.50 each) • 1 kids hibachi chicken ($16.95) Total before tax: $113.95 With 9.75% tax: about $125 I clearly remember reviewing the check at the restaurant and the total was correct. I chose to leave a $25 CASH tip to round it up to $150, and I tipped in cash because I know from experience in the industry that waiters prefer receiving it directly. However, my bank statement shows a charge of $145.07—about $20 more than it should be. T

Good food. Good fun. Real friendly staff. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. They have a very small parking lot to the side but the space is very limited. There's street parking but you gotta feed the meter. The Sashimi Sunrise appetizer was presented nicely but feels a bit overpriced for what you get though. The Hibachi Salmon was very good. Lots of buttered vegetables and fried rice. Come here if you are hungry! But maybe skip the appetizers?

Recommended!!! It’s our first time here and we’re satisfied with the quality of food. Fresh Fish, no after taste at all. Rolls are also good. We made a reservation and we’re immediately seated as we arrived. Excellent service. Parking is a little difficult (maybe because it’s Friday night)

Fantastic spot shown to me by a friend. Went for a weeknight dinner and was accommodated wonderfully. Great selection, prices and service. I suggest sitting at the sushi bar if possible. A can't miss spot for a quick bite right outside LA 🍣
