We were craving ramen and found this place. If you ever want to try a new ramen place, don't hesitate to give this one an opportunity. We tried the Karaage Chicken, super crispy thighs, then we decided to try the gyozas and we are glad we did, because they were just perfect. I ordered the Kuromayu Ramen with spicy paste and my husband got Mazemen, soupless noodles; both were cooked perfectly, and the broth was rich and flavorful. We definitely will come back.

Kni was amazing! She checked on us as soon as we got seated until we finished eating. She was very kind & sweet! The food was so delicious! We got the Kuromayu Ramen and I got extra egg, and corn. We also asked for a side of spicy paste. So delicious! I got so full after I finished it! I would recommend coming here!

Maru Ramen was excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The broth was rich and well-balanced, the noodles had a great texture, and the portions were satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality ramen in the area.

I dare say that I have a lot of experience in ramen, I recommend this place,delicious rich fatty broth,wonderful noodles, I would say 9/10, just because the small pieces of meat and in my opinion they are undercooked to the right condition to melt in your mouth.Otherwise, it's a very decent place with good service.

ramen itself is delicious: loved the broth, the noodle, and the chashu (doesn't have that over-cooked taste at all). the seaweed definitely adds a surprising umph to the overall flavor. the egg is not exactly soft-boiled, but close enough. however, the staffs are mediocre: not that big of a place, but very slow in delivering the food, and almost impossible to get their attention for 1. the check, and 2. change water (there's a bug inside my water... and they didn't add a straw when they changed the water 😒) I can probably make a big fuss about the water thing but I didn't, just minus a point for the final experience here. hope this review helps.
