We had a great experience at El Torito. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were very generous. Pictured is the Fajita Combo and the Chicken Enchilada, both dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. The serving sizes were large enough that no one left hungry. If you're looking for good Mexican food, great service, a, El Torito is definitely worth a visit. We would happily return on a future trip.

Originally, we planned to have our usual Sunday brunch with the family at the Northridge location. However, because it was extremely busy due to the California State University, Northridge graduation, we decided to drive to the Canoga Park location instead. To our surprise, we were welcomed with a magnificent greeting at the door. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff made us feel right at home. Starting with Mathew, the manager, such an attentive person and continuing with Toñita at the omelet station, as well as our waitress Dora, everyone made our experience truly phenomenal. The food was fresh and delicious, and the brunch offered many more dish options than we expected. The food stations and the entire restaurant were also very clean and well maintained. We were so impressed that we have decided to make this location our new spot for Sunday family brunch

El Torito in Woodland Hills is one of the best spots for authentic Mexican vibes and killer food. Their tequila selection is seriously impressive—plenty of premium options that make for perfect shots or top-shelf margaritas that hit just right. During happy hour (every day 3-9pm in the Cantina), you can't go wrong. The carne asada fries are loaded, cheesy, and massive—total crowd-pleaser. The birria tacos are rich, juicy, and full of that deep flavor that keeps you coming back. Love the chile relleno too—perfectly battered, stuffed, and smothered just how it should be. And the steak tacos? Grilled to perfection, tender, and super satisfying, especially at those happy hour prices. Great atmosphere, solid service, and food that never disappoints. Highly recommend hitting up this location!

🥰 Server Liborio was so friendly, fast & excellent customer service! 💕 He checks on food n drinks. Made my birthday really great! The manager Mathew checks on all the guests too. Great meal & dessert! I will come back here. THANKYOU! 🥰🥳

Beef Birria Taco Plate is phenomenal😋! The consomme was perfect - even better when you dunk the rice in. 💚 Tableside Guacamole 🥑always delicious. Salmon Vera Cruz is a new favorite. Shrimp and Salmon Pesto Cream Enchiladas also good. Women's Restoom: gotta do something to improve. The non-handicap stall is so tiny! Huge sink area and then a huge waiting area with 1 chair.
