Came here based on recommendations, and this place is absolutely worth every cent! The service was so warm and welcoming, both from our server and the chefs. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The beer and cocktails are definitely worth trying too! Special shoutout for the ladies’ restroom — probably the cleanest and best-smelling one I’ve ever seen! 😄

After trying so many sushi spots around Los Angeles, we can confidently say that Ají Mori delivered one of the most impressive omakase experiences we’ve ever had. What makes this place special is that it doesn’t just feel like dinner, it feels like a full culinary journey. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and calming, allowing you to truly appreciate every single course without distractions. You can immediately tell this place takes quality seriously. Chef Jay absolutely blew us away. Every bite felt intentional, balanced, and crafted with incredible precision. The freshness of the fish was unreal, and the combination of textures and flavors kept surprising us throughout the night. Some pieces were rich and buttery, others light and delicate, but every course had its own personality. Had a great experience at Aji Mori in Woodland Hills. The quality of the food is really top-notch—everything tasted fresh and well prepared. You can tell the chef knows exactly what they’re doing, and there’s a lot of care in each dish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience comfortable without being too much. Overall, one of the best spots in the Valley for this kind of food. Definitely recommend checking it out.

The sushi is the most similar to the sushi that i had in Japan. The service is amazing, they also have a beautiful lounge. Highly recommend to anyone who wants amazing sushi for a really great price. My most fav’s the Crispy Rice Tuna, Shrimp Butterfly, Spain Blue Fin Belly toro, and Green Tea Ice Cream, it’s so good!

I found this spot on social media while looking for recommended sushi places in the SFV, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. It was well worth the wait. The service was impeccable, and we tried most of the specials that were recommended. They offer a lot of unique items you won’t find at other sushi restaurants. We loved everything we had—check out the video for the visuals: mushrooms; salmon and tuna tastings; a shrimp tempura cut roll; various sashimi handrolls; and crispy rice with tuna. Not pictured were the grilled edamame, shishito peppers, grilled persimmon with mushrooms, and the poached egg with shrimp tempura.
