If I could give 0 stars, I would. This review is intended for beauty professionals considering renting a suite at Salon Republic. My experience has been extremely disappointing. When a major incident occurred that significantly impacted my ability to operate my business, I found management to be unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to work toward a reasonable solution. As a service provider, you invest thousands of dollars into building your space, your clientele, and your business. Unfortunately, when issues arose that were outside of my control, I was left dealing with the consequences largely on my own while continuing to be held to the full terms of my rental agreement. Communication was poor, concerns were not adequately addressed, and I felt that protecting the interests of the tenants was not a priority. Made appointment with Mary for 2:30. When I go there she said she was running late for 20 minutes. Since she did not respond, I went to her room 30 minutes later and saw that she seemed just starting styling a customer. And I had to cancelled. Very disrespectful. Even she said sorry, not to waste my time, she should have let me know the situation correctly and timely

Ashley Rodriguez is ah-mazing, totally sweet and easy to talk to. She's very good at listening to what you want and making sure the communication is down before she goes to work on your hair. She's got very reasonable prices given her skill set and makes great product recommendations based on stuff that's good for YOUR hair type. I was completely blown away by her service, and the results of my hair. I'll definitely be going back!

I got a hair cut at Fate Hair #119 and my hair was super damaged and when she was done with the treatment and the hair cut my hair felt so great! Tere was so professional and my experience was over all amazing. I wanted to dye my hair but when she saw my hair she recommended not to do so because my hair would get more damaged. I respect her being honest and wanting the best for my hair not just trying to make money off a dye. I would highly recommend her to everyone! Thanks Tere I will see you soon!

I had the worst experience with a hair dresser here, Stefanie Sevilla. She destroyed my hair! I came in with a beautiful color, ombre, and needed a quick toner at the roots as my usual gal was booked in BH at Ramirez Tran. Worst mistake ever!! I left with a harsh demarcation line from my shoulders down, my hair looked dip dyed as if she darkened the hair above my shoulders and bleached it below. Then within a few weeks I started to experience a tremendous amount of breakage. Biggest regret ever!
