I am a customer of Ava at Hair Concept 2000 in Woodland Hills CA, and I cannot recommend her strongly enough. My hair is delicate, fine and thin, and Ava-- always, and without exception--makes my hair look lush and beautiful. Ava is expert in hair color, always choosing the right shade that perfectly complements my face while at the same time listening to any special requests I may have. Since I was really tired of my hair color and haircut I got the recommendation from my best freind to go to Hair concept to see Niki , she was amazing to do what I exactly wanted ,she transformed my hair from a boring style to an elegant style by color, highlight and hair cut. I am very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment with Ava at 12:00 p.m. and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that time, no one came to acknowledge me, apologize for the delay, or give me an update. A simple greeting or explanation would have shown basic courtesy and respect for my time. After waiting that long with no communication, I decided to leave. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was very frustrating. I guess my money is not good enough for Ava

I have been seeing Scissor D for several years now. I came upon him by chance when I desperately needed my bangs fixed lol. Fate must’ve brought us together because I honestly don’t think I could have found a better stylist. He is extremely thorough and because of that we get to spend a lot of quality time together lol. I highly recommend Scissor D for anything from a basic cut/color to a true transformation. Either way, I guarantee that you will leave feeling absolutely gorgeous 🤩
