I hired this company for emergency water damage and mold remediation. The initial remediation itself appears to have been done well, but the overall experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. They were originally scheduled for a Sunday emergency visit but canceled last minute. I was then told they couldn’t come until Tuesday, and only came late on Monday after I pushed back. By that time, the situation had worsened. I was told they would document the issue (including photos after opening the wall) before proceeding with a $4,000 remediation, but they moved forward without that confirmation. Photos were eventually provided, but only after the work was completed. There was no written contract or invoice provided upfront. I offered to make a partial payment and pay the remainder once the job was fully complete & I had received a contract, but they insisted on full payment before

Slab leak detection Malibu brought Leak Man to my Woodland Hills home. I had a plumbing problem and they came out right away, which was a relief. The cost for the whole service felt very fair after they found and fixed the leak. They cleaned up everything impeccably afterwards too, which is just wonderful.

Had a plumbing issue pop up and didn’t want it to turn into a full-day problem. Called these guys and it was handled pretty quickly. The plumber explained what was wrong, fixed it without rushing, and left things clean. Everything’s been working fine since!

I noticed a small water stain forming on my living room ceiling , so I decided to call a leak repair company before it got worse. The technician arrived the next day and carefully inspected the roof and attic area. He showed me where a few shingles had shifted and were letting water through. They fixed the issue the same day and even checked a few other spots to make sure nothing else would cause problems.
